Equipment

Students will need to provide their own principal instrument, which in the case of electric guitar, bass or keyboard, should include an instrument lead. Drummers require their own drumsticks and cymbals. Vocalists are required to provide their own microphone and XLR to XLR lead. Where appropriate, it is suggested that you bring along a metronome, tuner, pedals and leads.

Students are responsible for the safety and care of their own instruments. These may be covered under their permanent residency insurance policy. The NSOM or NMIT are not liable for loss or theft of a student's personal belongings.

Students are expected to provide their own transport to performance venues.
